  This is the most unorganized office I have ever seen. Purchased a cemetery lot almost 2 weeks ago. It took 2 trips to the city hall before anyone could figure out if there was a vacant lot where I wanted. I purchased the lot and was told I would have paper work mailed to me in a couple of days.I still had not received the paper work so I called this morning. Was told rules changed and it would be going before the city on the 31st of March. After that she would mail it to me. Was told the only change would be instead of calling it a deed it would be called a certificate. What is the difference what they call it??? I purchased the lot, I would like the paper work. The girl that I spoke with was so rude she asked me if I needed the lot right away??? How inconsiderate??? One never knows how soon they might need it. I do know I have health issues and that I could need it soon or maybe a lot later. I just want to thank her publicly for throwing my illness back in my face. I hope she never has to live with the what if or when that many people have to. And I sincerely hope that the City of Shenandoah can get there problems solved soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
